Sahar Biniaz was born in India, raised in Iran and is now a Canadian citizen living in Melbourne, Australia.
She graduated with honors from Stella Adler academy in Los Angeles, in performing arts.
She is not just a pretty face but has brains too, she completed her studies at UBC, Sauder School of Business in real-estate and is keen real-estate investor.
Sahar is a Miss Universe Canada. From volunteering in orphanages across Thailand and India to travelling to jaw dropping locations around the world while raising awareness and convincing people to be organ donors, she is able to achieve any goal regardless its scale or fear factor.
In 2013 Sahar was awarded the Operation Smile Humanitarian Award for her contribution towards bring smile to the face of children born with Cleft Palate in Guwahati India.
Her credits include the lead role in independent film "Ambrosia" and a recurring guest star in hit TV series “Sanctuary” and “Smallville”.
Sahar has been the Brand Ambassador for Roberto Cavalli watches by Franck Muller alongside Australian Olympic Swimmer Ian Thorpe
She has travelled to over 60 countries around the world. She has climbed the peaks of Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa.
After living all over the world, Sahar considers Australia as her favourite country to live.
She came to Melbourne as a Guest to attend Lavazza Marquee during Melbourne cup, feel in love with the city and has now decided to make Melbourne home.

She also has a passion for Polo but just watching it. When she was residing in South Africa, she would watch polo at the luxurious Val De Vie polo estate every weekend. Her most memorable moment was cheering Prince Harry while he played polo.
