Helen is an experienced Pilates Association Australia Professional Principal Instructor, and the founder of a business that specialises in teaching Pilates to equestrians.
She loves keeping herself active as fitness, health and wellbeing are very important to her. When Helen's not practicing Pilates, she can be found walking, cycling and horse riding!
Helen is always studying and continually expanding her skills and knowledge. As a passionate learner, she has achieved multiple further qualifications and is still continuing to thrive academically!
She loves animal and nature, and generally happiest when she is outside in nature surrounded by animals! Helen's other interest also includes fashion, art and music.
Helen started modelling in her early twenties and she's so excited to be back in her modelling journey!
